Refunds & Returns Policy


Overview

You may exchange any products purchased from us in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery for a different item of the same price, or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or an order number in the case of online purchases. 

All returns must be logged with us via email to returns@faraocollection.co.za to be eligible.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any return that is logged more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you thereof. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, once our inspection has been concluded. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any items if they are defective or damaged for one of the same.  Please send us an email at returns@faraocollection.co.za and we will arrange the exchange with you. 

Should you need to exchange a purchase for any other reason, the shipping costs will be for your account.
